Shipping and discreet delivery
Free shipping on all orders to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. No minimum order. Shipping at checkout: 0. Displayed product prices include import duties and import taxes; no additional import charges are payable on delivery.
Rifavelle orders are prepared at a partner warehouse in China and shipped to destinations available at checkout in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Product availability does not mean immediate dispatch.
Shipping options, charges and estimated processing and delivery windows are shown before payment. Processing includes receipt, checking, packing and handover; transit starts when the carrier receives the parcel. Dates are estimates unless a specific guarantee is stated and may be affected by customs, holidays or remote locations. We do not accept an order for a destination without a confirmed shipping option.
For deliveries to these six countries, Rifavelle covers import duties, import taxes (including import VAT where applicable) and standard customs-clearance charges within the displayed product price. These costs are settled by us through our shipping partner and are not added to your order at checkout or collected from you on delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us on WhatsApp before paying so we can resolve it. This does not remove any requirement to provide accurate delivery details or cooperate with lawful customs checks.
We use plain, opaque outer packaging without the care product name or image, and protect shipping-label details as permitted by the carrier and law. Required delivery, transport and customs information remains accurate and complete.
After dispatch, we provide tracking through an order notification or WhatsApp. Check your address and phone number, and respond to official clearance requests through the carrier’s secure channels. Contact us about delays, loss or damage so we can investigate and provide the remedy due. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
