Order and service terms

Rifavelle is a personal-care retailer, not the manufacturer of the brands shown. Each selected option identifies the product, type, bottle size and number of bottles. Check your selected option before ordering.

Our base payment currency is US dollars (USD). Saudi-riyal prices may be displayed for guidance; the final currency and total are shown at checkout before confirmation. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion fees. For Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, shipping is free with no minimum order, and displayed product prices include import duties, import taxes and standard customs-clearance charges. No additional import payment is required on delivery.

Order acceptance and fulfillment depend on availability and shipping eligibility. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material error in its details, we contact you to explain the resolution before making a change. If a paid order is cancelled, we refund the amount due without limiting your legal rights.

The products listed are for external intimate care. Follow the package directions and warnings. Store descriptions do not provide a medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not offer individually formulated products or promise specific health or relationship outcomes.

Read these terms with our shipping policy, return policy and privacy policy. We handle the order information needed for fulfillment, including sharing with payment and delivery providers as explained in the privacy policy.

For questions or complaints, contact us on WhatsApp. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply to new orders and do not reduce rights attached to an earlier confirmed order.
